Stimuli-Responsive Probesfor Enhanced Tumor Theranostics

Stimuli-mediated theranostics has been demonstrated to be a promising means for tumor diagnosis and therapy in past decades. Therefore, developing the stimuli-responsive probes for precise tumor diagnosis and therapy is highly desirable and significant. Herein, synthesis and biological applications of a number of stimuli-responsive bioprobesincluding probes with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics, photo-crosslinkable gold nanoparticles, andpH/GSH dual-responsive probes developed by our group will be introduced.
史海斌，苏州大学医学部放射医学与防护学院教授，博士生导师，中组部重要人才计划青年项目入选者（2016年），江苏省双创人才（2017）和江苏省双创团队核心成员（2017）。2006年从苏州大学化学化工学院获得硕士学位，2012年在新加坡国立大学化学系获博士学位；2012年-2014年9在美国斯坦福大学医学院分子影像学中心进行博士后研究。2014年10月聘任苏州大学医学部放射医学与防护学院教授。主要从事智能化分子影像探针设计与构建及在肿瘤等重大疾病诊断与治疗方面的应用基础研究。
